| American, Jersey Girl Ali Larter has been in the entertainment business for over 10 years now and after being discovered on a faux magazine cover for Esquire Magazine, Ms. Larter has not stopped since. You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde, Varsity Blues and most recently Resident Evil: Extinction. Also, Ali is currently a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes on NBC. Ali starred in the box office smash Obsessed in 2009 where she co-starred alongside Beyonce. In 2010, Ali is going to starring in sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife alongside Milla Jovovich and Wentworth Miller.

When one of his forgotten abilities suddenly manifests, Peter and Caitlin get thrown into a crisis situation, and learn first-hand just how deadly the mysterious virus striking people with abilities can be. Mohinder, Matt, Nathan, Niki and Bob band together to fend off the "nightmare man’s" attack. When West drops by the house, Claire attempts to hide family photos that reveal the man who kidnapped him as a child is her father. Meanwhile, in feudal Japan, Hiro and Kensei’s legendary journey takes a dramatic, final turn.

Ali Summary
After Mohinder has an arguement with Noah on the phone, Niki interupts and says that Bob wants to see them. They see Bob and he says he is evacuating the facility because Matt and Nathan have arrived to warn Bob that Maury is after him. Bob discusses the tactics that they are going to use to take Maury down, he assigns Mohinder and Niki to try and inject him with the virus. They go and get a sample of the virus as Niki tries to persuade Mohinder that this is the right thing to do. As Mohinder agrees, Niki turns around to see D.L. who calls her a killer and says she will never have a life. Mohinder returns and him and Niki continue with getting the sample of the virus, while Maury comes out of the room behind them. As Niki and Mohinder obtain the virus, Maury watches and gets into Niki's head and she sees Bob shooting D.L.
Mohinder becomes concerned as Niki continues to talk with herself and support a figure that isn't there. Niki punches Mohinder and sends him across the room. She grabs a syringe and walks out the door. Niki begins punching her way through Bob's door and eventually punches it off. Niki grabs Nathan, he and Bob try to bring her to her senses. Seeing it as her only option, she injects herself with the virus and Nathan holds her in his arms as she says that it was the only way to get the nightmare out. Later, Mohinder tries to use his blood to cure Niki but he finds out that his antibodies cannot cure her and she realizes that she is going to die.
