You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde, Varsity Blues and most recently Resident Evil: Extinction. Also, Ali is currently a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes on NBC. Ali starred in the box office smash Obsessed in 2009 where she co-starred alongside Beyonce. In 2010, Ali is going to starring in sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife alongside Milla Jovovich and Wentworth Miller.

Meanwhile, more about the nuclear bombing of New York is revealed and the newest of Isaac's paintings paints a picture of a hero's crisis. Elsewhere, Matt and Audrey have a break through in Sylar's case.

Ali Summary

After shooting at D.L., he got hit in the stomach, but managed to let the second bullet phase through his head. Jessica approaches the car, catching Niki's reflection in the car window. Seeing that Micah is not in the car, Jessica slams the car door, shattering the window. Jessica searches through the forest looking for D.L. and Micah, Niki gets back in control and worries whether she has hurt D.L. badly. Niki tells Jessica that she is wrong about D.L. and that she needs to listen to her now. But Jessica simply says that it doesn't work like that anymore and says Niki is too weak. Micah calls and they go and search for him.

After following Micah's calls, Jessica gets out a gun and enters a cabin. D.L. quickly hits her and a fight ensues. Micah tries to stop Jessica, but ends up getting thrown into a pile of rocks. Niki returns and sees what she has done to Micah and learns that she can't be trusted or she may hurt someone else. She sees a policeman and confesses to murder.
