American, Jersey Girl Ali Larter has been in the entertainment business for over 10 years now and after being discovered on a faux magazine cover for Esquire Magazine, Ms. Larter has not stopped since. You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde, Varsity Blues and most recently Resident Evil: Extinction. Also, Ali is currently a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes on NBC. Ali starred in the box office smash Obsessed in 2009 where she co-starred alongside Beyonce. In 2010, Ali is going to starring in sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife alongside Milla Jovovich and Wentworth Miller.
Today, I have added a bunch of new/old shoots of Ali from various magazines including Instyle, TV Guide and Cosmopolitan! They are all medium quality and hopefully we’ll have high quality versions sometime in the future. The latest Cosmopolitan shoot is particularly fierce and It’s one of my favorite shoots of Ali’s in the past few years. Also, Ali has just come off her online chat at Fancast.com to promote Heroes. It was a great chance to talk to Ali and one of my questions got through to her. The chat includes some content that you may find spoiler-ish, so be warned. If you missed it, you view a full transcript in the press archive.
Especially for the superbowl, some of the Heroes cast participated in a promo for the upcoming event. As a fan of football since she was young, Ali took part and it’s cool to see her running around and using her athletic skills. We have added a video featuring a small interview with Ali on the set and her filming. It’ll be great to see the promo come together soon! Also, to celebrate the comeback of Heroes on February 2nd, Ali will be taking part in a live chat at fancast. Make sure you tune in!
Sony finally released the official one sheet for Obsessed yesterday! I think it’s a very unique and stylish way of promoting the film, not the usual type of posters we see nowadays. Doesn’t Ali look super hot in that dress?! Hopefully we will get a lot more production stills etc soon. On Heroes news, it’s nice to see Ali featured in the new promo. It looks like Tracy will be captured first, and I know Ali will knock the ball out of the park in the torture scenes. Watch the promo below.
Ali is featured in the latest TV Guide, for the Heroes return on February 2nd. There is not an interview with her personally, however the magazine features some info on Ali in the premiere and includes a very cool picture of Tracy being tortured. The scans contain minor spoilers, so if you do not like to be spoiled then we have warned you. The new volume of Heroes looks like it’s getting back to it’s roots and hopefully Tracy will get a lot more screentme. Thanks to the wonderful Jeane for the scans. Enjoy!
Surprise, surprise! After only a few weeks of the old layout, I decided to change the layout again. The problems were that the news did not show correctly in the heavily irritating Internet Explorer, so I thought about just doing a totally different layout. This is what came up, so tell me if you like it or not. I have used the gorgeous Instyle Makeover shoot from 2007, Ali just looks perfect!
If you come across any problems, then do not hesitate to contact. Also, I have updated the Filmography so it’s now easy to navigate from page to page. Thanks to AAF for this idea. Enjoy the new look and please leave some feedback behind, so we know what you think!
Ali is featured heavily in the new issue of the Heroes Official Magazine! The issue has a extensive interview with Ali on all things Heroes where shes talks about acting, to camera work! It’s a great read so head to the gallery and take a look. Thank you to the lovely Jeane for donating these scans to the site. Coming up we have more scans, events and movie captures to add. Enjoy!
I have added to the gallery some very rare captures of Ali in her 2005 independant movie, Confess. Ali plays Olivia Averill, a communications major doing her thesis on internet hacking. The film is not a masterpiece, but both Ali and co-star Eugene Byrd play there roles phenomenonly and Ali gets to broaden her acting skills. There’s 300+ caps of Ali and they may contain spoilers. Furthermore, they are not the highest quality, but hopefully we’ll get some soon.
