American, Jersey Girl Ali Larter has been in the entertainment business for over 10 years now and after being discovered on a faux magazine cover for Esquire Magazine, Ms. Larter has not stopped since. You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde, Varsity Blues and most recently Resident Evil: Extinction. Also, Ali is currently a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes on NBC. Ali starred in the box office smash Obsessed in 2009 where she co-starred alongside Beyonce. In 2010, Ali is going to starring in sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife alongside Milla Jovovich and Wentworth Miller.
Heroes is back next monday and I can’t wait for the shows return. Yes, Heroes has been sort of on a downwards spiral after its tremendous first season but I am very excited for this season. Not only is Tracy back, but she is going to be a central character, which sadly Ali hasn’t had in Seasons 2 and 3. First off, I have added some new promo shots of Tracy for Season 3, which I believe they are using for Season 4 as well. Also, I have added two cool new episode stills from the 2 hour premiere. Finally, below is a promo based on Tracy about revenge! Be sure to tune in to NBC next monday 8/7c for the 2 hour season premiere!
San Diego Comic-Con International begins today and they are showing an exclusive teaser trailer for the upcoming season of Heroes. The trailer does feature Ali in various shots and there seems to be lots of water involved. Hopefully a better quality version will be released soon, but you can view a recorded version below.
Update: I have updated with a better quality version featuring more Ali!
Ali was back on Monday, making a chilling return in the preview for Volume 5: Redemption! Tracy is now evolved in her powers, controlling the elements of water and she is after all of the Building 26 agents that tortured her this season. I have added a video, and captures of Tracy’s return for you to view! Also, I have added some more recent candids of Ali out with her friends and fiancé, Hayes. Also, long running Producer/Director, Greg Beeman has been let go by NBC. He expressed on his blog a little note for each cast member, and you can view Ali’s below. Enjoy all the latest updates!
To Ali Larter, we had a very special and bonding experience on the sixth episode of the first season, as we both worked through a complex performance. You are characterized by great enthusiasm and desire to strive for the highest performance you can achieve and I very much admire you for this.
So, Ali had a pretty hectic week but it was worth it as Obsessed debuted at No.1 at the Box Office with $28.5 million made over the weekend. Congrats to Ali! I have updated the Video Network with interviews that Ali had last week with Jimmy Fallon, Regis and Kelly and on The Today Show. You can view them below, or click here. I also added captures for you to look at in the gallery. Meanwhile, Ali was recently out in Soho with fiancé Hayes, looking very happy together and there’s a few pictures in the gallery for you to look at. Enjoy! Remember to check out Heroes tonight where Tracy will be making her return!
Ali took part in a small video to promote the upcoming Heroes for Autism event taking place on April 19th at the Avalon, Hollywood. The cause is to raise awareness and money to find a cure for autism. You can watch the promo below, where Ali discusses autism with co-stars Jack Coleman and Cristine Rose. I have added captures to the gallery, and it was a shock to see that Ali has got bangs! She really suits them, and I can’t wait to see her at the event. In other news, Ali will be on The Today Show on April 24th!
The promotion for Ali’s latest movie Obsessed has got well under way. First off, you can visit a viral site called GetObsessedwithAli.com where you can fill in your friends details and Ali will become Obsessed with them. It’s really good fun! Also, you can view a four minute featurette below or click here where the cast talk about the film. The official site is now fully active, so you can view that now. To come: TV Spots, Clips and more.
“While you were busy playing Abu Ghraib, I was trying to make ice in an oven. This is a breezy 68 degrees and I’ve worked up one hell of a cold snap.”
- Tracy Strauss
Wow! What an episode for Ali?! This episode not only centered on Ali’s character Tracy, but marked the return of writer and friend of Ali, Bryan Fuller. It was a Tracy-errfic episode featuring one of the coolest scenes on Heroes ever. Spoilers: Don’t worry though, Tracy is not dead. Did you not see the blink?. You can watch the astonishing clip below and the rest of Ali’s scenes in this episode in the Video Network. Also, I have added captures, stills and some behind the scenes shots. Did I mention that also looked super hot in this episode? Discuss it in the forum.

"When it comes down to it, at the end of the day, I need more out of my life and I need to push myself harder. And if at the end of the day I don't have it, then I don't have it, but at least I'm going to put myself out there. If I fail, I'm going to fail terrifically."
