American, Jersey Girl Ali Larter has been in the entertainment business for over 10 years now and after being discovered on a faux magazine cover for Esquire Magazine, Ms. Larter has not stopped since. You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde, Varsity Blues and most recently Resident Evil: Extinction. Also, Ali is currently a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes on NBC. Ali starred in the box office smash Obsessed in 2009 where she co-starred alongside Beyonce. In 2010, Ali is going to starring in sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife alongside Milla Jovovich and Wentworth Miller.
Ali was recently at the launch of Tacori’s New 18k925 Jewelry Collection! She was wearing a Tacori 18K925 Barbados blue pendant with a yellow gold and diamond crescent silhouette frame, layered with an 18k925 Rockin Oval-link necklace. Her Tacori 18k925 ring was yellow gold and clear rose-cut quartz with diamonds, and her Tacori 18k925 earrings were citrine quartz studs. She looks so beautiful and fresh! Also, recently Ali spoke to Moveline about Heroes and Obsessed which you can view here. Finally, Ali was sent over to the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center to interview Dr. Mark Manary, you can view more information about it here. Enjoy!
Obsessed is set to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on August 4th! The film was a box office sucess in the US back in April and Ali also received many positive reviews for her portrayal of psycho, Lisa Sheridan. Some even said that the film belongs to Ali! You can read more details below about the release, but it’s a shame about the very few special features that are included on there. I will be sure to add captures from the DVD as soon as I get my hands on it!

Finally, the time that all Ali fans have been waiting for, Obsessed is finally in theatres! On thursday, Ali headed out to the premiere in New York alongside Idris Elba and Beyoncé. Thanks to Jeane for contributions! Soon I will be adding the interviews from Jimmy Fallon, The Today Show and Regis and Kelly as well as some from the press junket! Last night, Ali headed out to the premiere of HBO films’, Grey Gardens starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange. Ali looks absolutely phenomenal with bangs and the dress is very classy and sheek. Also, Ali featured in the behind the scenes look at Obsessed last night on ET, where they took a look at the big fight scene between Ali and Beyoncé. Hopefully we’ll have the video soon. Meanwhile, enjoy all the pictures from last night!
This is the part that I love, Obsessed promotion has begun and Ali has started the interviews and more should come online daily. Ali recently talked to Tufts Daily about her role in Obsessed and how she was shooting both Heroes and Obsessed at the same time, maybe that’s why she had little screen time in Volume 3. Also, she announced that she is about to start a film with Ed Burns where she plays a “woman who goes after what she wants”. I currently do not know what film it is, but it’ll be announced shortly I imagine. You can read the exciting article in the brand new press archive, to read click here. Please comment here to tell me if you like the new look of the press archive, which I will be updating a lot more with articles I’ve missed.
Update: The Obsessed premiere will take place on April 23rd in New York City and Ali will be in attendance, also don’t forget to check out ET tonight for an exclusive behind the scenes look at the film.
